Service Description

The Overachieve Sports Performance Training consist of Linear Speed training, working on both acceleration and top end speed running techniques and mechanics. Multi-Directional speed training, teaching athletes how to decelerate, change direction and stay safe while doing so. As well as fitness training, with various exercises to strength the upper and lower body to enhance the athletes relative strength. Our program is built on an athlete’s physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training. Athlete’s will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and techniques.
